At Artitude, your satisfaction is our top priority. We encourage you to review our exchange and return policy carefully so you’re fully aware of your rights and responsibilities.
Exchanges
1. Eligibility for Exchanges:
We only exchange items that are damaged or incorrect orders.
Exchanges are available within 15 days for items in our current collection.
The item being exchanged must meet the same conditions as returns (unworn and in original packaging).
2. Exchange Process:
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange.
If the new item costs more, the difference must be paid at delivery. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been confirmed and processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
Include a detailed description and, if possible, clear photographs of the issue.
In such cases, we’ll arrange a replacement.
Refunds are not available
All purchases are final. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase, as we’re unable to offer refunds.
